Learn how to pair, control, schedule, and manage your AROSCAI Wi-Fi Smart Touch Panels — the centralised controller for lights, fans, ACs, geysers, and more.
This tutorial is a guide to operating your AROSCAI smart devices and initiating app control through the AROSCAI SMART app.

Device Sharing
Share access with family members by email.
Backlight Control
Adjust or toggle the panel backlight for ambience and power saving.
Relay Status
Define power-resume behaviour: Last State, Always On, or Always Off.
Secure Unbind
Safely remove a device from your account when needed.
Pairing Your Touch Panel
Add your panel to the AROSCAI Smart app
Device Pairing
Press and hold the top-left button on the touch panel until the backlight starts blinking — this puts the device into pairing mode.
Open the AROSCAI Smart app on your smartphone.
Tap "Add Device" from the home screen.
Select "Touch Panel" from the device type list.
Enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. Ensure you are on a 2.4 GHz network.
The app will scan and detect the touch panel. Tap on it to select.
Choose the Home and Room to assign the device to.
Tap "Save" to complete pairing. The panel backlight will stop blinking to confirm a successful connection.
Controlling Your Panel
Toggle switches on and off from the app
Power On / Off
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap on your Touch Panel from the device list.
All switches configured on the panel are displayed on screen.
Tap any switch in the app to toggle it ON or OFF.
The physical panel and app will stay in sync in real time.
Scheduling
Automate your switches with time-based schedules
Create a Schedule
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap on your Touch Panel.
Tap the Options (⋮) menu.
Select "Schedule".
Choose the switch you want to schedule, then tap "Add Schedule".
Enter a title or task name for this schedule.
Set the time you want the switch to trigger.
Select which days of the week to repeat the schedule.
Set the desired status (ON or OFF) at trigger time.
Tap "Confirm" or "Add" to save the schedule.
Device Settings
Rename, lock, share, and manage your panel
Rename Device
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
Tap the Options (⋮) menu → "Settings".
Tap "Rename Device".
Enter the new name and tap "Save".
Child Lock
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
Tap the Options (⋮) menu → "Settings".
Tap the "Child Lock" toggle to enable or disable it.
When enabled, the physical panel buttons are locked and cannot be operated manually.
Backlight Control
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
Tap the Options (⋮) menu → "Settings".
Tap the "Backlight" toggle to turn the panel backlight ON or OFF.
Manage Shared Users
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
Tap the Options (⋮) menu → "Settings".
Tap "Sharing Device User List" to see all users who have access.
Tap on any user to revoke their access.
Voice Assistant
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
Tap the Options (⋮) menu → "Settings".
Tap "Voice Assistant".
Follow the prompts to link your Amazon Alexa or Google Home account.

Remove / Unbind Device
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
Tap the Options (⋮) menu → "Settings".
Tap "Remove / Unbind Device".
Confirm the action. The device will be unlinked from your account.
After unbinding, the device can be re-paired to the same or a different account.
Control Panel Features
Switch naming, master controls, and relay behaviour
Rename Individual Switches
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
On the control screen, long-press the switch you want to rename.
Enter the desired name for that switch.
Tap "Save" to confirm.
All On / All Off
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
On the control screen, tap "All On" to turn every switch on simultaneously.
Tap "All Off" to turn every switch off simultaneously.
Relay Status (Power Cut Behaviour)
Open the AROSCAI Smart app and tap your Touch Panel.
Tap the Options (⋮) menu → "Settings" → "Relay Status".
Choose one of three modes:
Last State — the switch returns to the same ON/OFF state it was in before the power cut.
Status On — the switch always turns ON when power is restored.
Status Off — the switch always turns OFF when power is restored.
Tap "Save" to apply your selection.
Relay Status ensures your devices behave predictably after power interruptions — especially useful for lights, fans, and security devices.
