Available on Android and iOS. Create your account after installing — registration takes under a minute.
Account Management
Register, edit your profile, change password, or delete your account
Registration & Login
Download the AROSCAI Smart app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).
Open the app and tap "Sign Up".
Enter your email address and create a strong password.
Verify your email address via the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
Once verified, return to the app and tap "Log In".
Enter your registered email and password to access your smart home dashboard.
Edit Profile
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
Select "Profile" or your account name.
Tap "Edit" to update your name, email address, phone number, or profile picture.
Save your changes.
Change Password
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner.
Go to "Settings" or "Account Management".
Select "Change Password".
Enter your current password, then your new password.
Confirm the new password and tap "Save".
Delete Account
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
Navigate to "Settings" or "Account Management".
Select "Delete Account".
Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm your request.
Your account will be permanently deleted 7 days after your request. If you log in during that period, the deletion request will be automatically cancelled.
Homes & Rooms
Organise your devices by home and room for seamless control
Create a Home
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap on your current home name at the top of the screen.
Select "Manage Home & Rooms".
Tap the "+" icon to add a new home.
Enter a name for your home.
Tap "Save" to confirm.
Rename a Home
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap on your home name at the top of the screen.
Select "Manage Home & Rooms".
Tap on the home you want to rename.
Select "Rename".
Enter the new name.
Tap "Rename" to save.
Delete a Home
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap on your home name at the top of the screen.
Select "Manage Home & Rooms".
Tap on the home you want to delete.
Select "Delete" and confirm.
Deleting a home will remove all rooms and device associations within it. This action cannot be undone.
Create a Room
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap on your home name at the top.
Select "Manage Home & Rooms".
Tap on your home name in the list.
Tap "Add Room".
Enter a name for the room.
Tap "Add" to save.
Rename a Room
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap on your home name at the top.
Select "Manage Home & Rooms".
Tap on your home name in the list.
In the room listing, find the room you want to rename and tap "Rename".
Enter the new room name.
Tap "Rename" to save.
Delete a Room
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap on your home name at the top.
Select "Manage Home & Rooms".
Tap on your home name in the list.
In the room listing, find the room you want to delete and tap "Delete".
Confirm the deletion.
App Settings
Rate the app, browse FAQs, view the privacy policy, or contact support
Rate the App
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner.
Tap "Rate App".
You will be directed to the app store listing to leave a review.
FAQ
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner.
Tap "FAQ" to browse frequently asked questions.
Privacy Policy
Open the AROSCAI Smart app.
Tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner.
Tap "Privacy Policy" to view the full policy document.
